REM’s Title Searches (aka Current Owner & Encumbrances) Reports will verify the current owner of record, identify and list all outstanding Mortgages, Deed of Trusts, Lien(s) and Judgments and positions. Additionally, this report will include the status of the property's current real estate tax amount and if current, full legal description and copies of current deed.
