To Process Your First Order

Simply sign on using your id and password. If you loose your password please email us at support@remusa.com leave your name and company, your existing password will be emailed to you.

Orders can be processed in three ways

  1. Web site
  2. EDI format
  3. Email

Web Site Orders

  1. Proceed to Online Orders Screen
  2. Please fill out the appropriate order forms.
  3. Upon completion of the form highlight and click on the submit tab

Electronic Data Interface (EDI) Orders

Track Orders

Original requestors can track all requests by clicking on the Order Track Screen. This screen will list orders; show date of projected completion, additional notes and a link to order detail.

Managers can track the entire department's activities by click on the Order Tracking Screen. This screen will list orders; show date of projected completion, additional notes and a link to order detail. Requestors and Managers can filter and sort the list in several ways. REM will notify you that your order has been completed.
