All Real Estate appraisals are completed by state licensed appraisers that have been screened to meet REM's strict vendor qualifications and industry standards.  The REM family of Field Representatives includes appraisers who are FHA approved, allowing for greater compliance.
 

Interior Appraisals

These appraisals are completed on an As Is condition basis, with an itemized list of repairs with costs to cure for each item, and the As Repaired Value.  Exterior photos of the subject and comparable are also included with this report. Interior photos can also be included upon request.
 

Exterior Appraisals

Exterior appraisals can be requested on either the Freddie Mac 704 form or the Fannie Mae 2065. These appraisals are completed on an As Is basis.

All appraisals use the URAR form and are carefully reviewed to ensure that the comparables used are the most recent available. We require that the comparables used have closed within the last six months. In cases where this is not possible, the appraiser will provide an explanation.
