As part of REM Corporations due diligent to our clients, ALL Broker/Agent are required to read the below document and respond by clicking  “I AGREE” at the bottom in order to continue to the BPO form.   If you “DO NOT AGREE” an email notification will open for you to provide your reason or concerns for REM to review before you can proceed.  

 
• Broker/Agent agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential, proprietary and trade secret information retained or related to this assignment. Broker/Agent and will ONLY share this report with REM Corporation  
• Broker/agent shall have no present or prospective interest in this property that is the subject of this report, and have no present or prospective personal interest or basis with respect to the participants in the transaction.  
• Broker/Agent completing the report is properly licensed and license is in good standing and not on provisional status.  Broker/Agent must be able to provide valid and acceptable documentation of licensure.  
• Broker/Agent shall not been convicted of or plead guilty to a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust  
• Broker/Agent has not engaged in or participated in any unethical activity in the completion of the report  
• Broker/Agent did not and will not solicit business from homeowner regarding this assignment  
• Broker/Agent completing this assignment is qualified and has experience and resources to complete a market analysis  
• Broker/Agent agrees they have personally visited the site, conducted the inspection, taken the field photos, reviewed and selected comparable properties and completed the BPO form.   
• Broker/Agent agrees to take full responsibility for all information submitted upon completion.  
• Broker/Agent must provide analyses and opinions which are objective.   
• Broker/Agent was not influenced, monitory or by other means, by any party to arrive at or value property in any manner.  Valuation provided is solely the opinion of the Broker/Agent.  
• No real estate licensee shall base, either partially or completely my analysis and or opinion of market value in this BPO on the race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, handicap, family status, or national origin of either the prospective owners or occupants of the property or the present owners or occupants of properties in the vicinity of the subject property or on any other basis.  
• And that "This opinion is not an appraisal of the market value of the property, and may not be used in lieu of an appraisal."
